all lessons, warmed up and ready to go, to maximize the training

The 2009 USILA Coach of the Year, Jeff finished the year ranked fourth among active Division I coaches in winning percentage (.740). He led the Big Red to the NCAA Championship game against Syracuse, his second trip to the Final Four in three years.

Flamingo Lacrosse Academy (Boys only, grades 2-12) December 13, 2009 Weston, Florida Thirteen-time state champion Fort Lauderdale Flamingos men's Lacrosse Club hosts this 2 day event. Former college All-Americans, current Florida club stars, and local high school and youth program coaches will focus on upgrading skills, position play and team play. Players are divided into age groups for instruction. Ft. Lauderdale Lacrosse Club will be donating a generous portion of the net proceeds to the Davie and Weston youth lacrosse programs. Doug Shanahan MVP Winter Break Camp 2009 (Boys,
ages 8-17)
This camp is designed to give
players all the personal insight and knowledge that has made Doug
Shanahan a world class athlete. The idea of this camp is to teach
campers all the little things of the game. At this camp there will be
extreme motivation to teach all campers of all skill levels, whether
first year players or high school all star. The primary goal of our camp
is to make sure the message and teachings of the camp counselors,
coaches and guest speakers last a lifetime. Florida Xtreme Lax Camp (Boys, Grades 3-12) December 28-31. 2009 3rd-8th 9am-12pm, HS 1-4pm Pine Trails Park, Parkland Florida Xtreme Lacrosse Academy will be holding its fourth annual Holiday Camp. The mission of our program is to develop the participating players as citizens, students and athletes. The staff will accomplish this mission through effective teaching of fundamental skills and strong leadership. We intend to use positive discipline to individually train and challenge each participant, which we believe will encourage competition and team building.
