Important Info - We will be trying to keep the team together for the Summer as well. We will take 18 players per team plus 3 players who are young for the age group but will be needed this summer when guys bump up. Our Tournaments:
We will play in the following 3 tournaments:
· Showdown at the Shore (Vero Beach-10/17-18)
· Derek Pieper (Tampa- Nov 21-22)
· Jingle Brawl (Boca Raton-12/12-13)
We will also schedule a series of head-to-head scrimmages vs. other local fall teams
Practice Schedule:
We will have a total of 18 practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting September 22.
· All U-13 practices will begin promptly at 6pm
· All U-15 practices will begin promptly at 7:30
All practice locations (TBD) will be centrally located and the fields will be posted in advance.

Fall 2009 Coach Finn's Finest Tuition Fees: (does not include travel costs)
The fee for Coach Finn's Finest is $500 and includes:
· All Fall 2009 Tournament Fees
· Player Uniforms(see attached)
· Practice Facilities
· Coaching Staff including Formal and Guest Coaches

Flamingo Lacrosse Academy (Boys only, grades 2-12)

December 20-21, 2008

Weston, Florida

Thirteen-time state champion Fort Lauderdale Flamingos men's Lacrosse Club hosts this 2 day event.  Former college All-Americans, current Florida club stars, and local high school and youth program coaches will focus on upgrading skills, position play and team play.  Players are divided into age groups for instruction.  Ft. Lauderdale Lacrosse Club will be donating a generous portion of the net proceeds to the Davie and Weston youth lacrosse programs.  This is a day camp, from 10am-2pm.  Brochure is available here.   Online registration is available here

Doug Shanahan MVP Lacrosse Camp (Boys only, ages 8-18)

Pine Crest School, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Team USA, World Games MVP, Chicago Machine MLL, and Head Lacrosse Coach at Pine Crest School hosts this 3-day camp during the holiday break.  He will be joined by Kevin Finneran, pro and college lacrosse star and Bo Lamon, college All-American and local club star, as well as other local coaches and players.  This is a day camp, from 9am-1pm.  Cost is $199.  Brochure is available here.   Email Coach Shanahan if you have questions

Peak Performance Goalie Camp (Boys and Girls, ages 8-18, and Coaches)

Excelerate Lacrosse Camp (Boys only, ages 8-17)

Davie Youth Lacrosse Foundation brings Xcelerate Lacrosse Camp to PAL Park in Plantation.  This camp program is organized by University of Virginia 3-time All-American, all-world and pro all-star, Jay Jalbert.  This is a day camp, from 9am-3pm daily.   Cost is $330.   This camp features premier coaches made up of pro and college level players and coaches.  The camp maintains an impressive 8-to-1 camper to coach ratio, elite coaches at every position, every level, skills contest, fastest shot contest, free t-shirt and jersey, and equipment raffles.  Register early so you do not miss out.  Link to the camp info and registration is here.   Coach Mattie from Australia (L.I. Lizards) was a big hit last year and has been confirmed to lead this year's camp.
