We expect to carry around 18-22 players on each team.  Once a division is full registrants will be wait listed for spots that open up.  Wait listers who do not get a spot will be refunded in full.  Registration will end after the first three weeks of the season in case some players drop out. 

To help cover our rising program costs, we have added a fundraising requirement for all registrants.  Participation is required.    Each family will be required to sell five (5) Dominos Delivering the Dough® Pizza cards ($50.00 total) to friends, family, and neighbors.  These great pizza cards will give the card holder a buy 1 large pizza get 1 free deal on pizzas.   You can use the card for multiple pizzas (buy 10 get 10 free!) and for an unlimited number of times for 1 year.  Davie Youth Lacrosse Foundation will collect the $50.00 (per family) at the start of the season and you will receive the cards for resale.  You will not receive your game uniform until payment is received.  You have the option of buying your way out of this requirement by donating $50.  Only 5 cards required per family even if you have multiple children playing.

All players must be or become members of US Lacrosse in order to play.  US Lacrosse provides medical insurance coverage to all our players.  We will register your child on your behalf through our registration process.  If you are not currently a member or your membership will expire during the season we will enroll you as a member or renew your membership when you complete the registration.  The cost of membership is included in our registration fees below.  There will be no reduction in registration fee if you are already a US Lacrosse member and will be current through the season.
